To be honest, I have no clue why Salazar didn’t get the call-up in the first place. Between he and Feliciano, Salazar has better numbers and more experience. He’s got a better arm too. Nevertheless, Vogt had a better spring, and I think he got brought up because he’s primarily a catcher, and it offered them more bench depth at that position. Unfortunately, with the problems with Lobaton at the moment, I think Vogt stays up…for the time being at least.

Another question to ask is why the hell is vogt on this major league roster….. Feliciano is far more superior and better in all aspects….

This year was such a great Opening Series! It’s a strong moral victory to sweep our #1 rivals to start off the season. Our pitchers look great, side from Shields looking a little shaky, but still, it was fantastic to watch!

I love seeing EJ in there as an infielder. I am sure he won’t stay up there all year but I like him as a player. He plays hard and I love that.
